TRION – Advanced battery technology

The TRION Battery GmbH (based near Dresden) develops and manufactures high-performance LFP batteries – from the individual cell to the finished product. TRION focuses on high-power applications that require very high currents within a short period of time. TRION’s in-house high-power LFP cells enable full charge and discharge cycles in under 15 minutes at cell level and under 1 hour at battery level. With the market launch of the TRION T-Rex battery, TRION is initially targeting the maritime and leisure market in Germany; looking ahead, TRION also addresses additional markets such as commercial vehicles, lifting platforms, off-grid energy systems for the military, and backup systems for data centers.

Since January 2026, we have been responsible for TRION’s PR and corporate communications in Germany. This includes the strategic positioning of the company and its product portfolio, technology communications as well as B2B/B2C communications in trade and mainstream media, the development of storylines around the energy transition and battery technology, and content creation for various channels.
