In the phæno, a whole world opens up: trying out, playing, exploring, marveling and participating, to be enchanted by the peculiarity and beauty of astounding, fundamental and also enigmatic, scientific phenomena.

On more than 9,000 square meters of action space, visitors have many opportunities to discover the fascinating world of these phenomena. The focus is on more than 350 interactive stations that invite you to try out and explore. They come from a total of nine countries and were built especially for phæno. The avant-garde architectural design of the phaeno was designed by star architect and Pritzker Prize winner Zaha Hadid.
