XEV rethinks urban mobility. In 2021, the Italian-Chinese car brand launched the YOYO subcompact electric car. The second model series has already been launched. With its length – or shortness – of just 2.53 metres, the agile speedster fits into any parking space. The highlight: instead of standing for a long time at a charging station, the user can simply drive to an XEV battery changing station and remove the three lightweight magazine battery packs from the battery compartment at the rear of the vehicle and replace them with charged batteries in the automatic battery changer. The two-seater, which can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h, then has enough energy for 150 kilometres – whether on country roads or through narrow streets in the city centre. This is the mobility of today.
