Two days, two clients, one mission!

PR wisdom: The journey is just as important as the destination. The two are interdependent, especially in communication. That’s why, at the beginning of the year, we have a lot of questions in our specifications.

Have our goals remained the same? Was the journey there successful? Do we need to change our strategy? Or is it enough to play with other measures? Are our communication processes still right? Or is there something our clients want from us that we have overlooked so far?

After 30 years in the agency business and above-average client relationships of well over ten years in some cases, we know: If you don’t regularly and self-critically engage with these and other questions, you may like your ego more than the client relationship.

And this is exactly what our colleague Svantje Bergemann discussed during our Kick-off 2025 workshop at our customer Fastned, which we are now supporting for the fifth year in bringing electromobile charging infrastructure to the streets.

And if you’re already in Cologne, you might as well chug along to Düsseldorf in a rubber dinghy. That’s what Svantje thought the following day and explored the latest sustainability trends in water sports with and for our customer Torqeedo at boot Düsseldorf.

Recreational sailors and other seafarers are feeling the consequences of climate change and the associated changing forces of nature particularly keenly on the water. A mobility turnaround and environmentally friendly drives are therefore also major issues here, which we have been driving forward with Torqeedo for around two years now.

Thank you, Svantje, for your great work in the Rhineland. And now back to the north!
