We don’t want to waste too many words on sophisticated gastronomy culture at this point. Or about fine dining. Award winning cuisine. St. Pauli. Salmon. And yet we’re already fully into it. After all, we’re still buzzing from last night. Because it was pretty great. With seven courses based around Norwegian salmon, creatively staged by Fabio Haebel in the award-winning restaurant of the same name. Accompanied by the crème de la crème of German food journalists. And our customer Norwegian Seafood Council – Deutschland. In other words, thank you to everyone who attended for an all-round successful evening that once again showed us why we love our job so much.
