The annual highlights of the DRP team

So 2024, I guess that’s it. The champagne is cold. The confetti ready.

It’s been a good year. With great successes in business. But also personal ones. And when we stumbled from time to time, there was always someone on hand to help us get back on our feet. That’s important too.

What were we particularly proud of in 2025? What made a lasting impression on us? We took a look around the college.

We’ll start with André Schmidt:

“If, like me, you tend to always want to know everything better, you sometimes find training courses difficult. I decided to go for it and attended a really great course on manipulative rhetoric organised by ProArgument in Berlin. Two days of concentrated but also very entertaining pressure fuelling, which gave me a lasting boost in many areas. Also for my own client seminars and interview training sessions. Thanks for this to Dr Adem Mulamustafic and Till Hopfe.”

And isn’t a new year a bit like a new project or a new customer? At least that’s what our Julia Hinze was most happy about in 2024 (and quite often):

“One of my biggest successes in 2024 is the great new customers that I was able to win over for us together with my team. We were able to win over a total of nine strong food brands. I love the excitement and the pressure of having to deliver before a pitch. The best thing about it is when the hard work pays off and you can celebrate great success together. Then I know exactly why I love working in an agency with constantly new topics and so many smart colleagues.”

In a world with finite resources, we take a critical view of growth at any price. And yet there is growth that we like unconditionally. And that is when our colleagues outgrow themselves and we can experience this development from table one, so to speak.

Oliver Dederichs tells us about his number one event of the year:

“One of my highlights of the year was inviting my dear colleague India to her graduation ceremony. After she applied to us a few years ago, we chose the degree programme together, discussed the content and then created the conditions at the agency for her dual study programme. Being able to cheer with her whole family when she successfully celebrated her graduation on stage really touched me. I’d never experienced anything like it before.”

Traffic, or rather mobility, is the (mostly electrified) hobbyhorse of our Cleantech unit. Here, our colleague Svantje Bergemann reveals the success she is particularly proud of:

“Our assignment for the client Fastned in 2024 largely consisted of supporting the company in its search for new locations for fast-charging stations as part of the German network. Our ‘Act local’ strategy was a complete success. After all, it was particularly important to convince municipal decision-makers. And they still prefer to read the media on their doorstep. Today, shortly before the end of the year, we are delighted to say that 31 strong regional media have already reported on Fastned – and we are proud of every single publication. We have thus actively supported Fastned on its mission to drive forward the expansion of charging infrastructure in Europe. PR with impact.”
